If you received a damaged item during delivery or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of the item receiving for a replacement.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns & exchange on pressed flower frames.
Pressed flowers are sensitive to direct sunlight and humidity. Any changes & damages occurred due to poor storage/care, Sweetpea flora is not responsible for and will not exchange or refund.

*Jewellery
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on jewellery. However, if something goes wrong (e.g. damaged item during delivery or wrong item), please contact us within 7 days for a replacement.
